"Shipping took forever and support made it worse"
My order showed up way later than expected, and I barely got any clear updates while I was waiting. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were blaming me for not checking the tracking enough or not understanding the shipping process. I just wanted to know where my package was, but the whole experience was frustrating.

"Didn't really work out for me"
I wasn’t too happy with it overall. Maybe I had my expectations a little high, but at the same time I don’t think it did what it was supposed to. I tried to give it a fair chance, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me. Probably won’t be using it again.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about trying them, I really don’t think it’s worth the money. The prices felt way too high for what I actually got, and the quality was just okay, nothing that stood out or felt special. I expected a lot more for what I paid, so I personally wouldn’t use them again

"Warranty help was a bit all over the place"
I ordered from ellipstore.com and ended up needing help with a warranty issue. To be fair, they did eventually respond and it wasn’t like they completely ignored me, but the whole process felt slower than it should have. I also had to repeat the same details more than once, which got frustrating fast. So I’m kind of torn, they did resolve things in the end, but the back-and-forth made it feel way more annoying than it needed to be...

"Tracking was all over the place"
A friend actually recommended this to me, so I was expecting a smooth experience, but the tracking was really frustrating. Most days the updates were off, and at one point it even said the package had been delivered before it actually showed up. Just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Holding up well"
I’ve been using this every day for a few months now, and it’s holding up better than I expected. It still feels solid and does the job. There are a couple small scratches, so I’m going with 4 stars, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Checkout gave me major “sketchy little website” vibes"
I got to the payment page and immediately felt like I’d wandered into Scammy McScamface territory. Maybe it’s totally fine, but the whole checkout setup just didn’t make me feel safe putting in my card info, so I backed out.

"Return process put me off"
I only had to return one item, but the whole thing was such a hassle that it makes me wonder if this is just how they handle returns in general. The instructions were confusing, it took way too long, and getting a straight answer from someone was harder than it should’ve been. I had to keep following up and still felt like I was going nowhere. I probably won’t order again unless they sort out the return process.

"Not much to choose from"
I was disappointed with the selection. They make it sound like there’s going to be plenty to browse, but when I actually looked, a lot of the categories were basically empty. I couldn’t even find some really basic stuff I was looking for. Feels like one of those vague promises of “lots of options” that doesn’t really hold up once you’re there.

I tried reaching out for help with my order, but the replies I got felt careless. From my side, it seemed like they were just sending short answers without really explaining anything. I ordered something from ellipstore.com, and the product page made it seem a bit different than what I actually got. The size and small details were not explained very good, or maybe just not enough, so I was kind of surprised when it arrived.
Delivery itself was fine, nothing really bad there, but I was annoyed because I chose it mostly from the description. Customer service did answer me, but it didn’t really solve the problem much. It’s not like the worst store ever, but I would check things extra careful before buying again

"Everything I Wanted Was Somehow Out of Stock"
I went on ellipstore.com looking for a few things, and I swear almost everything I actually wanted was unavailable. It was so frustrating because the product pages still show up like they’re going to be an option, and then boom, out of stock. Not the end of the world, but it definitely made me want to scream a little. I just wish the stock info was updated faster so I’m not getting my hopes up for no reason.

"The pricing caught me off guard"
I was browsing around and everything seemed fine, but I couldn’t really tell what the final price was going to be until I got all the way to checkout. It kind of felt like the pricing details were tucked away, and by the time I saw the total, I was a little surprised. Would’ve been nice to know upfront.

"I ordered this from Ellip Store sometime in..."
I ordered this from Ellip Store sometime in late May, or maybe early June, I can’t remember exactly, but when it showed up it just felt cheap right away. The material was really flimsy and didn’t match the pictures as much as I thought it would.
After using it for a little while, maybe a week or so, it already started looking worn out. It’s possible I just got a bad one, but for what I paid, I definitely wouldn’t say it was worth it.

"Got a confirmation, then nothing"
I got the confirmation email from ellipstore quickly, but after that it was just silence. No tracking, no real updates, and when I tried to check on my order it didn’t feel like there was an actual person on the other end. Just kind of sketchy and frustrating.
